This year, the Senior Tournament events will be hosted by Schwoegler Entertainment Center. Schwoegler has generously discounted the lineage this season, adding significantly to the event prize funds.
The Senior City Tournament will run the first two weekends in November, 2-3 and 9-10. The Saturday shift times are 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Sunday shift times are 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Team and minor events take place on any squad. 38 teams competed last year. The tournament will be conducted on house conditions.
The cost for the tournament remains unchanged at $17.00 per event. Optional All Events and scratch events are $5.00.
All tournament division champions and scratch titlists will earn a pass to the annual Dinner with the Champions, held at the Prime Quarter Steak House each October.
The Senior Masters will follow on Saturday, November 16. The entry for this event is $45.00 paid in advance, $50.00 the day of the tournament.
The tournament champion will receive the first place prize and trophy, a pass to the annual Dinner with the Champions, and two passes to the annual Hall of Fame and Bowler Recognition Dinner. The MBA is looking to utilize a medium difficulty pattern from the Kegel Pattern Library.
